Paris and back
If I thought May was busy June/July have been a blur with trip to UK, a gig in Paris, quick hop back to the lower mainland for a Canada Day show in Abbotsford and then to Ontario for a family visit. Whew!!

Tony & I performed at the World Citizen Artists Rendezvous at Bataclan in Paris on June 21, 2015, as part of La Fête de la Musique, World Music Day across Europe. Last December our song Warrior of Love, was one of ten chosen from over 3,000 entries from 22 countries for the World Citizen Artists Awards to be showcased at an exhibition at the Belgravia Gallery in London, UK and released on the Playing for Change, Soundcloud compilation. The song appears on our CD Everything Blue and was co-written with my son, hip hop artist, Jesse Warner. We performed with artists Cachin Selis from Argentina, Ricardo Mauro from Brazil, Ger Costello from Ireland and the overall award winner BelO from Haiti.
Back in Maple Ridge now and getting ready for the art market this Saturday, July 25 at the Farmer's Market. Come and join me to do a little flower pounding (a little sample beleow) and other eco-arts! And don't forget Mission Folk Music Festival is happening this week-end. I'll be there!!
